Born
in Kathmandu Gauri travelled extensively
as a child before eventually settling
in Britain. Educated in both science and music to master’s
level she has been professionally conducting
choirs, orchestras
and also the occasional pop band since
1990. Gauri also sings with Jazzabelle (a
four part female
acappella group) and directs the A-String
Academy of Music.

Rachel Elizabeth Milestone MMus
Assistant Musical Director and Accompanist
Born
in Manchester and educated in music to Master’s level,
Rachel is a professional performer in all aspects. Managing
to combine a wide repertoire and range in a very small body,
she also has the ability to recite the entire dialogue of
The Sound of Music. Rachel also sings with Jazzabelle,
loves frogs and has a dog called Gromit. Apart from that
she also plays quite well.
